We guarntee all products to be free of defects in workmanship for 30 days.We will exchange all defective products and will issue credit only if the replacement product is not available.All returns must be in New like condition and in their original packing.Customers must call 1-888-887-7727 or email sales@theoutdoorstores.com for return authorization approval.We do not charge a Restocking fee however we reserve the right to do so at any time.Replacement products or credits will only be issued and shipped upon receiving the defective merchandise.
